entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Do to the nature of the product all sales are final unless
there is a manufacturer defect or dissatisfaction upon arrival. 

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Dispatch items
back within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at customer cost.

Please allow 2 weeks (unless more time is needed depending
on nature of the replacement required) to process and ship replacement item. Once completed you will be given notification email and tracking number.

I don't accept returns or cancellations after item has been
shipped. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive
damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Cards, hair accessories and Jewelry. 

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To initiate a return please complete the following steps. 

Email us at withincreationsart@gmail.com with a picture if returning product due to it's manufacturing issue with a clear description. If request is due to dissatisfaction upon arrival and item hasn't been worn. Shipped back (shipped at customer cost) the way you had received item (packaging and all) a refund cost of item will be refunded once we have received item back (except for shipping costs).

Allow for 3 business days for a response and we will then guide you on your return process over email

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund
after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days,
depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be
deducted from your refund.
