We ship through Canada Post, rates and options will be
stated at checkout.

Processing Time & Shipping Time 

All orders are processed within 3-5 days. ( Excluding weekends and holidays ) Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. Once shipped, You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on potential delays to postal service problems that are outside of my control and the distance of the shipping address from our location. As you may already know, there are worldwide delays in terms of shipping, so we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause with your order.

We offer real time shipping rates to all provinces and territories in Canada and the United States.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 1 week of receiving your shipping, please contact Canada Post to see the status of delivery expected.

Within Creations Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Local Pickup

Free local pick-up is available for all orders. Pick-ups are made from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM on Monday to Friday at 253 Mapleton Avenue, Barrie Ontario L4N 8T3, Canada.

We will contact you via email with the phone number you provide at checkout to arrange a date and time for pick-up.
